Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom refurbishment requests may require additional time.
  • Transit Time: Standard delivery times vary by location. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days.

International Shipping

  • At this time, 2nd Hand Fitness does not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within Australia.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to size and customs restrictions, some products may not be available for delivery to remote or rural locations.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress.

Risk of Loss

  • All items purchased from 2nd Hand Fitness are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
