The Flat Weightlifting Bench sits on a heavy-duty base (tested to hold up to 1000lbs), with closed-cell foam padding and a vinyl upper for comfort and durability.

With a weight of 24kg our flat bench is light enough for easy manoeuvring around the gym floor, whilst remaining sturdy enough for multiple uses and the heaviest lifts. The high quality finish on the vinyl stitching makes for a bench with durability beyond expectations.
