🚚 Free Shipping Under Warranty:
During the warranty period, 2nd Hand Fitness will cover all shipping costs if the equipment or any warranted part needs to be returned to our service facility for repairs.
How We Handle Defects:
We will repair or, if repair is not feasible, replace the equipment or parts that fail due to manufacturing defects during normal use. Replacement parts may be new or remanufactured and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. If equipment cannot be repaired or parts are no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product.
Eligibility:
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from 2nd Hand Fitness and is not transferable. Valid proof of purchase is required, and the purchaser must notify us within 14 days of discovering any issue.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or using the equipment for non-intended purposes.
- Damage from improper assembly, installation, or use of incompatible parts.
- Normal wear and tear, including rust and upholstery damage.
- Lack of maintenance, improper service, or equipment modifications.
- Damage from using improper power sources; a dedicated power circuit and surge protector are required for each treadmill.
- Environmental damage, such as from weather, dust, or moisture.
- Consumables like batteries, or issues like belt tensioning that arise from regular use.
Service Charges:
A service fee will apply if no fault is found, or if the issue is not covered under this warranty.
